Women, men, children all crossing into Manitoba from the US, through snow fields and on foot. So far, about 200 have crossed since the beginning of the year. Border communities are struggling to cope. 
 
Why are refugee claimants crossing the border this way? What is the process to integrate them into the community after the arrive in Canada? What is support is available and what more is needed?
