WCM is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization that functions on community donations. It is governed by a Board of Directors, made up of founding and patron members and community volunteers and is managed by a Council of people made up of representative board members and community volunteers. The WCM Board also employs a Building Manager and temporary employees during Ramadan and for special projects as needed.  WCM does not have an imam, however we do have several committed khateebs who volunteer to lead the Jumaa (Friday) prayers in rotation.
