While Omar does not charge for his services, couples will be asked to make a minimum $100 tax deductible donation to Islamic Social Services Association Inc. - couples will also be asked to carefully review and sign ISSA's approved "Islamic Marriage Contract" as a condition of the ceremony that outlines generally the rights and responsibilities of both parties to the marriage - further please note that Omar performs a combined Islamic and Civil marriage ceremony satisfying the requirements under both Shariah and Canadian Law - Omar will not perform the Islamic ceremony independent from the civil ceremony.
